From a very young age Jason developed love for hard work while living on a farm. Having joined the Army right when he turned 17 years old, and 18 years later still currently serving this great country. He has worked out in numerous gyms along the way and has tried most everything that typical gyms had to offer, trying not to get bored. He started CrossFit when he moved to Texas in January 2014, post Graduate School and found what would change everything about fitness for himself! Jason fell in love with this sport from the moment when he did that first WOD and has never looked back. He received his CrossFit Level-1 in June of 2018.
Coach Jason, wanted to become a coach because he has seen the way that CrossFit not only changes people’s lives but also brings the community together as a family.
