Located just off the 53 Bypass, our newly fitted CrossFit box features climbing ropes, 44’ foot monster rig, 24 barbells, 10 assault bikes, 15 concept 2 rowers, GHD and 3,000 square feet of training space making us the premier fitness facility in the area. You’ll love training in our facility but you’ll also love our kids room, dedicated mobility zone, private bathrooms rooms and showers to freshen up post workout. MEET OUR TEAM
Tanner has been doing CrossFit since 2015. He has been a coach for over 3 years. Tanner played football at UW-Stout and is experienced in weightlifting.
Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid hunter and spends as much time as possible outdoors.
Tayler is a senior at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is majoring in physical education. Tayler enjoys working with kids and helping them learn to love fitness at a young age. Her hopes are to become a physical education teacher along with coaching sports at a variety of ages. Tayler enjoys helping kids learn new skills and develop new passions.
In her free time Tayler enjoys spending time with family and friends. Tayler has been doing CrossFit for 3 years and obtained her CrossFit L1 in 2018 to share her passion and knowledge with others.
From a very young age Jason developed a love for hard work. Having joined the Army when he turned 17 years old, he is still currently serving this great country. He started CrossFit when he moved to Texas in January 2014, and found what would change everything about fitness for himself! Jason fell in love with this sport from the moment he did his first WOD and has never looked back. He received his CrossFit Level-1 in 2018.
Jason has seen the way that CrossFit not only changes people’s lives but also brings the community together as a family.
There are many things that Abram enjoys about CrossFit but what keeps him coming back is the community and lifestyle that it promotes. In 2019 Abram received his CrossFit L1 and hopes to help others accomplish their goals and do things they may not have thought were possible. He is a firm believer that we should all be excelling to be the best we can be both mentally and physically. CrossFit is one exercise that strengthens you as much mentally as it does physically.

Just saying CrossFit may seem scary to some but it has been an extremely rewarding journey for Erika. She is an avid runner and has recently discovered the many benefits of CrossFit in all aspects of her life, both mentally and physically. The CrossFit community is extremely welcoming and that is the major difference between CrossFit and other programs. The encouragement and support that you receive at CFRP is what Erika appreciates the most and challenges herself to provide that to everyone who walks through the doors.
